For Parents Who Want a Drug-free Solution Backed by Real Science.
" Neurofeedback is one of the most researched non-drug ADHD treatments available. The American Academy of Pediatrics classifies neurofeedback as a Level 1 – "Best Support" treatment, their highest evidence rating for behavioral therapies. "
Typically, an ADHD brain shows sleepy brainwaves are overly dominating, which leads to lack of focus and frustration.

After training the brain to regulate and balance, the child can better access calm and alert states.

Parents often notice improvements such as fewer emotional outbursts and more confidence in 6-8 weeks.
Sensors simply "read" your child's brainwaves and provide gentle, real-time feedback. While they watch a show of their choosing , on Netflix, Hulu, Disney, or more, the screen’s brightness and volume respond directly to their brainwave activity. When the brain moves toward healthier, more regulated patterns, the picture is bright and the sound comes through clearly. When brainwaves drift out of balance, the rewarding experience gently fades with less volume and brightness. Through this subtle, moment-to-moment positive reward system, the brain learns to effortlessly find balance and eventually to regulate all on its own after the program is completed.

Many parents use the summer to give their child a safe break from mediation while exploring more natural support. Neurofeedback is a wonderful complement, addressing root causes and buffering emotional highs and lows while the brain learns to find balance on its own.
There is a safe, non-invasive, evidence-based approach that helps the brain learn to self-regulate.
Yes. Sensors only read brainwave activity; nothing ever enters the brain.
Your child relaxes in a comfy chair for 30-45 minutes while watching a movie; they receive auditory and visual feedback as their brain learns how to regulate, and that's it. No special effort or discussions required.
Most families book an initial 30-session protocol (2–3 visits per week or a 4-week home unit program). Many parents notice calmer mornings and better focus by session 10, but every brain learns at its own pace.
Sunshine Neurofeedback teaches the brain a selfregulating skill; once learned, gains generally hold unless there's a big life stressor or injury. Some families schedule "tune-ups" during exam season or growth spurts.
No. Because Sunshine Neurofeedback is a training tool (not a medical treatment), children can benefit whether they have a formal diagnosis, suspected ADHD, or are simply struggling with attention.
Absolutely not. Many families use Sunshine Neurofeedback alongside current care; any medication changes should always be discussed with your prescribing physician.
None. The training happens passively in-session; no exercises, worksheets, or apps to manage at home.
Brainwave regulation is data-driven, we provide updates, session results, and periodic reviews along the way.
That's okay, micro-movements don't disrupt the sensors. The movie itself keeps most kids engaged, and our techs are trained in redirecting restless little ones.
Very rare. Some kids feel mildly tired or energized for an hour afterward, both signs that the brain is reorganizing. There are no known negative long-term effects.
Package prices vary, and we offer flexible payment plans depending on which route you take; in-office vs home training. We do not process insurance but many of our clients have received reimbursements after submitting their statements.
